1)what do you think of Mr.Haydon

I thought he was well educated and knew a lot about the civil rights movement. I didn't know he went through so much. I was surprised to hear how many famous people he has met.

2) Tom Hayden does not think of himself as a civil rights leader. Do you see him as one? Why or why not?

I don't think of him as a civil rights leader because he hasn't really lead any thing like movements or marches. But I do think of him as a good role in the movement.

3)Tom Hayden feels that leaders are not as important as hundreds or thousands of people behind them what does he mean by that?

I think he is trying to say that without the support of the people behind the leaders there wouldn't be anything done....Any change..Or difference because you cant do it alone.
